This piece was inspired by the pattern on a shirt my husband wears. Marriage is a life-long undertaking, and this piece captures the ongoing growth you go through as individuals in order to keep growing together. The daisies are growing into and out of the pattern, each one finding its way to light even in the dark blue background.
